Modul@R is a smart solution that pre-considers all RAINBODECK product lines on a modular and fully compatible basis, forming a one - stop decoration solution for a complete outdoor living space.

Our sophisticated in-house lab can conduct most of the demanding product performance tests for composite materials. It is an important part of our QC system and strongly supports our continuous innovation.

• MUFFLE FURNACE

  Tests and controls the level of foreign substances in HDPE and wood flour, ensuring raw material purity.

• MFR, (Melt Flow Rate)

  Reflects the flow rate of HDPE and supports HDPE grading approval.

• TENSIL TESTING

  Inspects the tensile strength of HDPE, which affects HPC stability and flexibility.

• DENSITY TESTER

  Controls of HPC density

• COLOR ASSESSMENT CABINET

  Compares and ensures color consistency across different batches under preset standard light sources.

• THERMOSTATIC WATER CONTAINER

  Conducts an 8-hour boiling water test to verify the water absorption rate of HPC and the material expansion rate in high-temperature and rainy environments.

• BENDING PROPERTY

  Verifies the maximum loading capacity of HPC within the declared installation span.

• ACCELERATED AGING TESTER

  Equipped with artificial UV lamps and an auto water spray system, it simulates outdoor sunny and rainy weather to check, record and control color changing delta.

• CONSTANT TEMPERATURE&HUMIDITY CHAMBER

  Tests product reactions in temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +60 °C.

After years of efforts, RAINBODECK has built a scientific and sound self-control system. Our QC system complies with stringent and globally recognized international standards, including ISO, EN, DIN and ASTM, covering  worldwide requirements and norms.

At the same time, RAINBODECK works closely together with international third-party laboratories like Intertek to ensure that our products can always meet the latest regulations and standards of different countries.

Our traceability system traces back to the origin, allowing us to take quick action and respond to our clients in the event of a quality claim. Each RAINBODECK is laser-printed with a unique, traceable batch number.

Warning stickers are pre-attached to each product when needed, helping to avoid potential incorrect installation or application.

LQC, PQC and OQC are conducted to ensure qualification.

All packaging materials are standardized and strictly controlled, only fumigated or heat-treated wood materials are used.
